Coachella 2018 report!

Hi girls! We’ve had a very emotional day, yesterday we celebrated our third birthday. First of all, we want to thank you all for your wishes. It is strange that we talk about Kattiva as a person, but it’s kinda like our baby … 🙂 So thank you, thank you, thank you! You are our motivation and when you see what we have ready for you, you will be happy and, therefore, us too. 🙂 We started another year in a positive mood, and today we want to bring you an exclusive report from the biggest festival in the world, Coachella. Since Kattiva is celebrating its 3rd birthday this Tuesday, April 17, we decided that we would show you some of the very beginnings and then the progress all the way until now. We’ve received a couple of messages saying it’d be a good idea if we published a motivational book and now it’s the perfect time to reveal some details. Hey girls! We hope you’re enjoying long Easter weekend to the fullest. We, as usual, are going to try to make it nicer with a new post which is dedicated to sport this time. It’s important for us to motivate you to do sports because from our own experience we know what wonderful feeling it is when sports becomes a part of your daily life. Each kind of sports has its pros and cons and everyone is looking for something different. The worst is when you simply don’t find anything enjoyable. At the gym, doing yoga or other sports, you need some membership to a gym or having a trainer or an instructor. The sport we are going to be talking about today requires your willpower and nature. All excuses aside, start running!

Hey girls! We’ve traveled a bit during the past months which is why we’ve decided to share with you how we feel about a not so pleasant side effect of flying – JET LAG. The older we get, the more we feel it. 🙁 In Slovak language the word jet lag doesn’t have an equivalent, probably because travelling in-between time zones was not always as common as it is nowadays. However, it’s safe to say that in the 21st century, especially among the younger generation, traveling is becoming more and more common. There isn’t any medicine for jet lag which is why we’ll talk about how to reduce symptoms of  jet lag in today’s post.
